The fourth Women’s Rock Camp & Fantasy Songwriter Camp has added “Stay” singer Lisa Loeb to its lineup.

The Grammy winner joins a slate that includes a number of female rock pioneers, including The Go-Go’s Belinda Carlisle and Kathy Valentine, The B-52s’ Kate Pierson and The Runaways’ Cherie Currie. Also on the bill are hit songwriters Beth Nielsen Chapman and Autumn Rowe.

The camp, which takes place in Los Angeles Nov. 5-8, brings together women of all ages and skill levels to learn directly from professional artists, while also focusing on songwriting, rehearsing and collaborating. The event culminates in campers performing live at the Whisky a Go Go and Viper Room.

In addition to mentoring from the artists, attendees also get advice from female industry executives.

“Adding Lisa Loeb to this incredible lineup further elevates what has become one of our most inspiring and impactful camps,” said David Fishof, founder and CEO of Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, in a statement. “Over the past 30 years, we’ve seen participants transform their lives and careers through the relationships, confidence and knowledge they gain at camp. Whether someone dreams of performing on stage, writing songs professionally or pursuing a career in the music industry, immersing themselves in this environment for four days can provide a lifetime of education and inspiration.”

Fishof’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camps launched in 1997 and have included some of the biggest names in the rock world, including Roger Daltrey, Steven Tyler, Alice Cooper, Joe Tyler, Slash, Paul Stanley and Sammy Hagar.  He spun off an all-female version a few years ago. The camp has a capacity for around 80 campers, who are evaluated beforehand to make sure they are placed in the appropriate level.

Vixen’s Britt Lightning serves as the camp’s musical director. “The growth we’ve witnessed has been extraordinary,” said Lightning of the women-only camps. “Women come to camp looking for an experience, and many leave with a new sense of confidence, lifelong friendships and a renewed belief in their own creative potential. The transformations we’ve seen have been remarkable.”
